2. Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods available at checkout.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping

Orders within Belgium are shipped with bpost and are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must be free from stains, perfume, odours, or any signs of wear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Atelier FJ cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via hello@atelier-fj.be.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

• Pricing or product information errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Stock availability problems

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
